Results are estimates based on standard formulas and the figures you enter. They simplify real loans — assuming constant rates where products are variable, and excluding taxes, fees and lender underwriting. We work to keep the math correct but make no warranty that results are accurate, complete or current. Your actual loan amount, rate and eligibility are determined by a lender after a full application and home appraisal. Verify any number that matters with your lender.
